Terrific Thursday and Fun Friday

Thursday, my friend Gena (or as Abby calls her GiGi), came for a visit. We took her to the mall where we did our almost weekly events, rife the carousel, eat a cookie, and throw money into the fountain. Gena was a trooper, especially on the carousel. Then we ate dinner at one of Abby's favorite places in Decatur, Mi Hacienda. When she finished, she was showing and yelling everyone in the restaurant how she could jump. Luckily, it was not that full.

Friday morning, we went to school to meet her teachers. She had fun meeting some new classmates and reunited with some from last year. Her three friends she talks about are not in her class. Two are in the other class and one went to another school. She was sad to find this out, but I told her she would still see them at school. Friday night, Abby decided to clean out my tupperware drawers. It wasn't a bad idea. She actually did a pretty good job. Then she went in her playroom to sort through her jewelry. After that, she wanted to file some things away in my filing cabinet. Just her doll, a phone, and some tea cups would fit.
