Abby is 15 months old

Abby had her 15 month check up today. She weighed 22lbs 12 oz and was 32" tall. She is still 50% in weight and 90% in height and head. She amazes me everyday with what she does. When I ask her to do something or say let's go bye bye or let's go change your diaper, she knows exactly what I am talking about. She loves to play with puzzles, color, put shapes in her shape sorter, build with big legos and even put the legos back in the bag. She likes to clean up after herself which is good for Mommy. She wants to get into everything, including going to the cabinet with the snack food and reach up there and grunt until I get her a snack. That is something I wish she would have waited on learning. She plays with her barn and Noah's Ark with all of the animals. She likes to put all the animals in the barn or in the ark.

She is can say some words but her new phrase is "thank you," even though she does not say it a lot. It is so cute to hear her say it. The littlest things excite me like when she walks over to me when we are playing and sits in my lap or when she hears her Daddy come through the door she gets so excited she can hardly wait for him to walk into the den before she starts running after him. What a joy to have a precious daughter who loves me so much. There is nothing like getting "love" from Abby. God is so good.

Abby loved her Dora sticker from the doctor's office

No Perfect Attendance Award for Abby

Abby has been a little under the weather this week due to some stomach issues. She did not get to go to school on Wednesday. She was very sad to miss a fun day with her friends and teachers. Monday she received another great report with no crying, played well with friends, enjoyed playing with cars and sliding down the slide, and ate a yummy snack.

I hope you're feeling better, Abby! You sure are a big girl! I love that she says thank you...that would just melt my heart every single time!
