Well, yesterday I did not have any dairy and Abby was still fussy during the day. I wanted to make sure nothing was really wrong with her before we go to the beach, so I took her to the pediatrician. He said nothing he could tell was wrong with her. I told him about my experiments. Unfortunately, he thinks Abby is a rare case in which any form of cow's milk will upset her stomach. Some moms are able to have cheese a couple of times a week or drink milk everyday. If I can't have some food I love, that's OK. I am grateful that she is healthy and growing everyday. I keep telling myself it is only a stage and most of the time, children grow out of an allergy to cow's milk. We won't let this stop us from having fun at the beach!
